These terms apply when you use Crystal Moonlight (crystalmoonlight.com). Crystal Moonlight is run by Daleo Company. To contact us, write to contact@crystalmoonlight.com.

What we offer

  • Free tools: tarot draws on every spread, the meanings of the 78 cards, the birth chart calculator (Sun, Moon and rising sign) and the astrology library.
  • Paid with crystals: personal tarot readings written for your cards and your question, follow-up questions on a reading, and birth chart reports in PDF.
  • Plans (Gold and Diamond) that add crystals every week, month or year, and packs of crystals paid once. Prices, crystals and what each item costs are on the Plans and crystals page.

For reflection and entertainment

Tarot and astrology are for reflection, self-understanding and entertainment. They do not predict the future. Our readings and reports are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions. Personal readings and the interpretation chapters of the reports are written by an AI model from your cards or your calculated chart; they can contain mistakes.

Your account

  • You sign in with a link sent to your email address. You must be 18 or older.
  • One account per person. Keep access to your email address safe: anyone who can read it can sign in.
  • We can suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of the free crystals, scripts that call our readings, or payments that are disputed without reason.

Crystals

  • Crystals are a credit for use on Crystal Moonlight only. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except as our refund policy says.
  • Crystals never expire while your account exists. Deleting your account deletes its crystals.
  • Before you spend crystals, the site shows how many an item costs. If we change the number of crystals an item costs, the new number shows before you spend; the crystals you already have stay as they are.
  • Welcome crystals, daily crystals, invite crystals and plan bonuses are free extras. We can remove free crystals obtained by abuse, for example with many accounts or by inviting yourself.
  • Invites: a friend who creates a new account through your link gets extra crystals at once, and you get crystals when that friend first pays for a pack or a plan, for a limited number of friends. The amounts are shown in your account.
  • When a payment is refunded or disputed, the crystals it added are taken back, even if they were already spent. Your balance can then go below zero, and you cannot spend crystals until it is topped up.
  • If a reading or a report cannot be made, its crystals come back to your account automatically.

Plans

  • Gold and Diamond renew automatically at the end of each period (week, month or year) at the price shown when you chose the plan, until you cancel.
  • Each paid period adds its crystals. Yearly plans add the whole year's crystals at each yearly payment.
  • You can cancel at any time in your account, under "Manage billing". Your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for, and your crystals stay.
  • For yearly plans, we email you a reminder before each renewal. If we change the price of a plan, we tell you by email before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.

Affiliate program

Partners who join the affiliate program earn a share of what the customers they bring pay, under the rules on that page. Those rules are part of these terms for partners.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Prices follow the country you are in: pounds sterling with VAT included in the United Kingdom, US dollars everywhere else, with any sales tax added at checkout.

Your right to cancel in the UK and the EU

Consumers in the UK and the EU can usually cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Crystals are added to your account right away and a plan starts right away. At checkout you ask for this and confirm that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the crystals are added or the plan starts. Your other legal rights are not affected; see also our refund policy.

Using the site

  • The site, its texts, card art, illustrations and reports belong to Daleo Company or to those who allowed us to use them. Your readings and reports are for your personal use.
  • Do not use the site to break the law, to harm others, or to copy its content or its readings in bulk, and do not try to get around the crystal prices or the limits of the free tools.
  • Questions you write are sent to an AI provider to write your reading. Do not include information you do not want to share; see our privacy policy.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site available and the calculations correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, for example for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We show the date of the last change at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell account holders by email before they apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Daleo Company is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please write to us first: most problems are solved by email.
